Royce Turf and Irrigation have been using TGT Solutions for over 15 years and have had nothing but exemplary service from them. TGT Solutions have worked with Bentley Brown now for several years. The reason we keep going back to TGT Solutions is simple, they listen to what skills and attributes we require in an individual for a certain position and actively look to recruit that person rather than trying to put a square peg in a round hole. TGT Solutions have regularly provided us with drivers and general labourers for over 6 years. We have always found the staff sent to us to be reliable, hard-working and suitably qualified. We consider hiring staff from TGT to be a flexible and cost-effective solution to our staffing requirements. Their rates are competitive and the level of service we receive is always impeccable.

Whilst we are not currently a regular customer of TGT in terms of quantity of temps, they have provided a long term temp for our business who works as a Machine Operator on our production line. We have found TGT to be very efficient when making placements and also keeping us informed when temps are unable to attend work. When finding an agency to work with to provide us with temps, we found TGT to be competitive on price and willing to be flexible to our budgets and requirements.
